Town wide scouting events!

Picture

      * Each year we typically rely on the grade levels below to organize a town wide event.
      * New ideas and volunteers to run events are always welcome.
      * Procedures and additional related documents are listed below for each activity .
      * Participating troops are responsible for purchasing patches for their girls' vests if desired.
      * The Service Unit will reimburse for those events that are in the budget. Any events that have $0 budgeted must collect enough money to cover all expenses. Extra money collected goes to the SU bank account.                                                      Leaders should submit Reimbursement Form within 30 days.

*** IMPORTANT***

Participants must clean up after each event. Girls should help. We need to lead by example and leave the rooms in as best condition as possible.
